Cutting through Time

Are we cutting through time faster than we imagine? Over the last few days, I have a strange feeling that we are moving faster than we imagine . However, I cannot support this with hard facts, but I have this eerie thought that we are in some sort of invisible space fluid which is making us surge ahead in the time fabric, although we have not been moving much in space. Is this because I am not using a watch or  that I am too busy ? Every time I look at the clock I feel that several hours have passed & I have been quite unproductive for that amount of time. This keeps happening always and however hard I try doing stuff more efficiently, it has not been of much use. Is there anybody else out there who feels the same way?, that we are moving faster than we imagine!! ??
